Terms & Conditions

Eagerbuy, Limited (“The Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a personal shopper service in purchasing overseas products for our customers. All products are purchased and delivered according to our customers’ requests. All products are not guaranteed stock availability. 


Customers should always review the invoice before submitting. We are not responsible for any misplaced items. No return or exchange is allowed once the order is placed. 


We accept PayPal and all major credit cards in US dollars (USD). Payment is due upon invoice. Personal shopping service does not start until the payment is received. 

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address for product delivery. Any non-delivery caused by incorrect recipient information will not be refunded, additional shipping fees will be charged for redelivery. Orders are shipped from the product's local post office and delivered by the customer's local post office. It’s the carrier’s responsibility once the package leaves our warehouse. For questions regarding tracking or locating your package once it has been shipped, please contact your local carrier directly using the tracking information we provided.


All customers are responsible for Custom Taxes if there is any. No refund will be accepted for any returned packages if the customers refuse to pay customs tax. Additional shipping fees will be charged to resend the package. 


We do not have products on hand, and we usually take around 7 to 14 business days to pick up the items from stores and ship out the orders. Tracking number will be provided once the orders have been shipped. Most of the orders are shipped from Hong Kong with the Hong Kong Post Office unless otherwise specified. The package will be delivered in around 7 to 21 business days by the customer’s local post office depending on the location. 

Package Insurance

All packages are non-insured unless it is listed in the post. Customers are welcome to add insurance when the order is placed. If the package gets lost in the shipment, we would not be liable for the lost. Even with insurance, we are not liable for any loss (e.g. theft) if the tracking status shows "Delivered". 

Damaged or Defective Items

We inspect each item and pack with love to ensure the product will safely arrive on customers’ hand. If the items are defective or damaged during transit, the customers should contact us as soon as possible with proof. We will gladly provide solutions based on the situation. If the item(s) is/are sent incorrectly, a new shipment will be rearranged, and we will take care of all the related shipping charges. 

Refund or Exchange Policy

We will refund the full amount ONLY IF the item(s) are out of stock in the stores. All sales are final once the order has been placed. No return or exchange is allowed. We strongly recommend our customers consult with our personal shoppers for any concerns on products before purchasing.

We provide services "AS IS"; and without any warranty or condition, express, statutory or implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Actual product packaging and materials may contain more and different information than what is shown on our website. We recommend that you do not rely solely on the information presented and that you always read labels, warnings, and directions before using or consuming a product.
